Avenged Sevenfold tease 16 seconds of a new song

Yesterday, the eagle-eyed journalists over at Louder heaped shame upon all of us by pointing out that we’d all missed 16 seconds of a new Avenged Sevenfold track, which was featured in the band’s European festival recap video earlier this month.

Sneaky A7X dropped the untitled new track, taken from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, at around 3.57 minute mark in the video. Check out the video below to the listen to the track and to watch clips of the Avenged’s meteoric headline show at Download 2018.

WSTR release new album ‘Identity Crisis

Unlike their namesake, WSTR have, ahem, wasted no time in dropping the follow-up to their sublime debut 2017 album ‘Red, Green or Inbetween’. Today, the band released their sophomore album ‘Identity Crisis’ and it’s sing-a-long punk pop perfection. Listen to the album below and check out our interview with WSTR guitarist Sammy Clifford.

The Struts drop new version of  ‘Body Talks’ featuring Kesha

Slather us in glitter as The Struts have collaborated with pop singer Kesha for a finger-licking new version of their track, ‘Body Talks’. Watch the glam rock video for the ultimate weekend warm up as The Struts and Kesha rock out like it’s 1974, and they’ve got guest list for Rodney Bingenheimer’s English Disco.

Puppy unleash new track ‘Black Hole’ and announce new album ‘The Goat’

We’re as excited as the Download Dog when Andy Copping tickles his belly as Puppy have finally announced that their long-awaited debut album, ‘The Goat’, will be released on 25th January 2019.

To heighten your anticipation the band have also dropped new single ‘Black Hole’, which according to Puppy vocalist Jack Norton, “sums up the vibe of the album as a whole – fun and upbeat, but with a dark, sinister element”. Grab a fresh pair of pants for the ‘Black Hole’ video as things go Blair Witch towards the end.

Five days of rock n’ roll mayhem are coming your way when Download 2019 returns to Donington Park on 14th-16th June 2019.
