zebrahead are back to invade your brain
Crack open a beer, Zebrahead are back with their thirteenth album, ‘Brain Invaders’. It’s packed with plenty of brand new punk rock anthems, including singles ‘We’re Not Alright’ and ‘All My Friends Are Nobodies’. We reckon it’s the perfect album to blast out your windows and dream of summer when the band will rock the Avalanche Stage.
nothing, nowhere. brings the feels
Emo rapper nothing, nowhere. has released a moving rendition of ‘rejecter’ from his 2018 album ‘ruiner’. The video features just nothing, nowhere – aka Joe Mulherin – and his guitar in a heart-rending minimalist performance, filmed for his ‘one take’ series. He’s also released a one take version of ‘hammer’ – we’re hoping he does ‘Clarity in Kerosene’ next.
30 years of ‘when dream and day unite’
Can you believe that Dream Theater’s debut album ‘When Dream And Day Unite’ turned 30 this week? That’s right, it was released on 6th March 1989 and brought us the band’s first two singles, ‘Status Seeker’ and ‘Afterlife’. The prog rockers released their fourteenth album ‘Distance Over Time’ just last month. So, hit play on this golden oldie and marvel at how far they’ve come.
