New Music Friday: Our Last Night, Tesla, Opeth

We’re back with another New Music Friday to kick off your Bank Holiday Weekend!

This week, Our Last Night return with another kickass cover, Tesla premiere a new video and Opeth reveal details of their new album.

If there’s one thing Our Last Night are known best for, it’s their awesome covers of otherwise boring pop songs. This time, they’re tackling the Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber collab, ‘I Don’t Care’, and they’ve spun it into a killer pop-punk banger. Needless to say, it’s way better than the original.

Hard rockers Tesla are back with a new video for ‘Taste Like’, taken from their latest album ‘Shock’. The video shows off their epic live show that they’ll be bringing to the Main Stage on Friday at Download. If you love headliners Def Leppard, it’s about time you gave these guys a spin.

opeth’s 13th album is on the way

Swedish prog legends Opeth haven’t released an album since 2016, but now they’ve revealed that their thirteenth full length is coming soon. Titled ‘In Cauda Venenum’, it’ll be released in autumn in both English and Swedish and track names include: ‘Charlatan’ and ‘Lovelorn Crime’. Can’t wait? Flashback to ‘Era’ from 2016’s ‘Sorceress’ below.

Catch Our Last Night, Tesla, and Opeth at Download Festival 2019 on 14th-16th June where they’ll be joined headliners Def Leppard, Slipknot, and Tool and many more in Donington Park.
