In support of Mental Health Awareness Week, Sophie Eggleton sat down with Enter Shikari‘s Rou Reynolds to discuss Mental Health In Music and Download Festival’s new Mind The Dog programme for DL2019.

Mind The Dog

Take a breather from moshing at Download 2019 and recentre yourself with our new Mind The Dog programme. Drop by The Doghouse for morning, afternoon and evening sessions throughout the weekend to take part in an immersive mindfulness experience.

Morning meditation will host curated live music sessions to get you ready for the day. Whilst, the afternoon offers a healing sound bath, so you can pause, connect and tune into yourself. In the evening class you’ll be introduced to a calming focus to elevate your state of consciousness.

Mind The Dog aims to bring you together in the now, becoming closer to yourself, the music, and each other.
