“An evening of Trash-Pop reverie awaits you at Download Fest. There will be Creatures. They will be Simple. There will be singing and dancing in a big tent. What more could you possibly want?”
Strap in Downloaders as we’re not done yet as we’ve got 16 more bands for you.
Whilst, the brash queer punk of Liverpool’s Queen Zee will have you singing and pogoing hard to their infectious anthems.
The Wonder Years will be smashing a punk shaped hole in Donington with a raucous set of anti-suburban anthems that’ll you be shouting along to arm-in-arm with the DL Fam.
UK pop-punk upstarts Roam, who we love for their energetic and frantic shows, will also be keeping the energy and mosh high. Whilst, cult Leeds quartet, Allusinlove will be inviting you into their very own grunge psychedelic dream.
For all of you out there who like your music heavy with a capital ‘H’, prepare to be slayed by Norway’s Kvelertak and their relentless onslaught of ‘black n roll’. Whilst, Finland’s own thrash prodigies Lost Society will have you circle-headbanging to their insanely fast metal.
If old fashioned rock n’ roll is more your thing we’ve got you covered. The Picturebooks will be there to prop you up at the bar with some dirty blues, whilst Graveyard will be making a welcome return with a cocktail of rock, soul and 60’s acid fuzz.
Also rocking out in Donington Park will be Goodbye June and Vambo with some vintage 70s rock n roll vibes. Plus, indie punk rockers Cloud and ‘Wild Card’ Kim Jennett will also be crashing into Donington Park.
And, last but certainly not least Mongolian internet sensations, The Hu, are going to have you saying: ‘why didn’t I listen to Mongolian throat singing sooner?’
