PRIZE PROMOTION NOTICE
1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Student Halls Competition (the “Prize Promotion”) being run by Festival Republic Limited, company number 2948536, whose registered office is 2nd Floor Regent Arcade House, 19-25 Argyll Street, London, W1F 7TS (“Our”, “Us” and “We”).
2. The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and Our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions (“Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions”), which can be found at: https://downloadfestival.co.uk/terms-conditions/ ].
3. The Prize Promotion will be run through Our Facebook page at: [https://www.facebook.com/downloadfest/],
4. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:
a) resident in the United Kingdom; b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; c) at least 16 years old
5. To enter the Prize Promotion entrants must message the official Download Facebook page (@downloadfest) with the answer to this question:

6. The winner will be selected at random from the entrants who have provided the correct answer to the question included in point 5.
7. The Prize Promotion will commence on 21st November and end on 1st December
8. The Prize is x2 VIP Tickets to Download 2018 (the “Prize”).
9. There is 1 Prize available.
10. If you are a winner of the Prize Promotion (“Winner”), you will be notified by 8th December 2018 by email and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 10 days we reserve the right to select a different Winner.
11. Any permitted companions of the Winner must be aged 16 years or older.
12. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
13. This Prize Promotion is a Competition as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.
14. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
