Rich and Rox Pink are the powerhouse couple behind the ADHD awareness account, @adhd_love, with over 5 million followers. They’ve co-authored three Sunday Times bestselling books, DIRTY LAUNDRY, SMALL TALK & ADY & ME, now releasing self-published new book The Cherry Tree Theory.
Rich, a former senior leader in one of the UK’s largest banks, left the corporate world after 20 years to focus on neurodivergent advocacy and entrepreneurship. Alongside Rox, he created dubbii, an app that helps over 500,000 ADHDers tackle daily tasks through body doubling. After getting his own autism diagnosis recently, Rich is deeply committed to raising awareness and support for neurodivergent communities.
Rox, diagnosed with ADHD at 36, overcame significant challenges, including £40,000 of debt, alcohol dependency, and struggles with employment and relationships. Through her musical project, RØRY, she is a prominent voice in alternative Rock, known for raw, confessional songwriting focusing on sobriety, mental health, and ADHD. She achieved success as an independent artist in her 30s, landing a Top 10 album with her 2025 debut, Restoration. Together, Rich and Rox are passionate about raising Neurodivergent awareness and helping others unlock their true potential.
