Clifton Chilli Club a collective of experienced and knowledgeable people dedicated to the almighty chilli. Our backgrounds include catering, food production, adult education, chilli farming, entertainment, food writing and more. Over the past 16 years we have been involved in hundreds of festivals and events, providing services such as chilli eating contests, educational talks on a variety of chilli based topics, cooking demonstrations and event management.
