Planning to cook at #DLXXIII? Here’s what to do (and not to do)…
Keep the Download Community Safe
- All BBQs must be fully extinguished. Don’t leave anything smouldering. Instead, let it burn out in open air while keeping an eye on it.
- Never take used BBQs or cooking gear into tents as they can still release harmful fumes.
- Follow your equipment’s safety instructions.
- Don’t cook inside tents or campervans.
- If your gear looks damaged or dodgy, don’t use it.
Please note, in high temperatures, the Fire Safety Team and local Fire Service may further restrict cooking onsite.
Important: Starting fires or throwing dangerous/toxic items on flames will get you evicted. There are no exceptions to this rule.
