PRIZE PROMOTION NOTICE
1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Download Festival X Big Green Coach Prize Draw (opening Wednesday 8th April, 2026 at 11am and closing Thursday 17th April, 2026 at 3pm). The prize draw (the “Prize Promotion”) is being run by Live Nation (Music) UK Limited (“Our”, “Us” and “We”) across Download Festival’s social channels and Our Prize Promotion entry page set out below.
Big Green Coach Limited and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees (“Big Green Coach”) is not the promoter of this Prize Promotion and will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising out of or in connection with participation in this Prize Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law or in respect of the delivery and fulfilment of the Prize.
2. The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions (“Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions”).
3. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:
a) resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland;
b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; and
c) at least 18 years old.
4. To enter the Prize Promotion, participants need to enter through the dedicated Prize Promotion page. Participants will be required to complete the Prize Promotion entry form with their full name, email address and phone number. Internet access and an email address are required to enter the Prize Promotion.
5. The Prize Promotion will commence on Wednesday 8th April, 2026 at 11am and close Thursday 17th April, 2026 at 3pm.
6. The “Prize” is:
- 2x General Admission 5-day Camping tickets to Download Festival
- Return coach travel for 2 from the winner’s preferred pick-up location (please visit the Big Green Coach website to see available locations)
Please note, the Prize does not include the cost of: accommodation or equipment, food or drink on site, or any on-site services outside of the Prize itself.
7. There is 1 (one) Prize available.
8. There will be 1 (one) Winner in total.
9. If you are the winner of this Prize Promotion (“Winner”), you will be emailed and/or contacted by phone within 7 days of the prize draw closing and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select a different Winner.
10. The Winner agrees to comply with the Download Festival and Big Green Coach Terms and Conditions in respect of their use of the prize.
11. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
12. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.
13. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the terms outlined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
14. We will process your personal information for the purposes of entering you into the Prize Promotion and subject to the terms in our Privacy Policy. If required, we will share the necessary personal information about you with Big Green Coach for the purposes of Prize fulfilment. Separately, where you have provided your consent to receive marketing from Big Green Coach, we will share your personal information with Big Green Coach for the purposes of marketing.
