Volunteer With Oxfam

Love variety and adventure? Become an Oxfam steward, you’ll play a rewarding role in making sure Download Festival runs smoothly, while helping to raise around £1 million towards Oxfam’s life-saving work, while also having an amazing time at some of the UK’s best music festivals.

At Download our stewards cover the entrances, stage viewing platforms, and the accessible campsites, so you’ll never be far from the action. When you’re not on shift, the festival is your oyster!

You’ll get full access to the festival, plus the use of our secure Oxfam campsite, with free hot drinks, hot showers, phone charging, and you’ll receive a meal ticket for each of the three shifts you do.

You can also use your single deposit to volunteer at as many festivals as you like with Oxfam over the year. Plus, if you volunteer with us at two festivals in 2022 you gain priority to apply before the public in 2023, almost guaranteeing your spot at your favourite festival!
