All you need to do is find the starting point of your route into the site below, based on your ticket type and where you’re coming from. After this, follow event signage into the festival.

Remember there may be road closures, roadworks or congestion that isn’t picked up by Sat Navs so please follow event signage as you near the festival.

Customers who have applied for accessible parking will find their allocated car park indicated on their parking hanger. Please refer to the Accessibility Guide for all relevant information.

Arriving by car
Once you arrive in the car parks, please follow the directions from the parking stewards to ensure everyone can be safely parked and the car park is fully utilised. Please ensure your car park pass is visible in the windshield of your vehicle.
Arriving by motorbike
If you are parking in the Motorbike parking, your ticket will be scanned on entry and will be issued with a wristband that you can attach to your vehicle.
Accessible parking
If you have applied for accessibility camping or accessibility day ticket car parking, please refer to the accessibility guide for relevant information. Please note that accessible parking bays will be available in both the West and North car parks, located within close proximity to the West or East Entrance. Spaces are allocated through the Accessibility Application process. For more information on how to apply, please visit our accessibility page.

Please note that campsites do not open until midday on Wednesday. For those with Day or Weekend Arena tickets, the Arena gates will open at midday on Friday and at 10:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Because there are no facilities other than toilets available before you enter the event site, we strongly recommend eating before you arrive and ensuring you have water and any necessary medications easily accessible with you.

How do I get back to my car?
Please ensure you make a note of where your car is parked. You can drop a pin on your phone or save your What 3 Words location to remind yourself.
How do I leave the festival?
You can leave the festival at any time, however the campsite closes at midday on Monday 15th June. You will be directed out of the festival site by the traffic team, please follow their directions to allow everyone the smoothest journey out of the site. All major roads will be signposted once you have exited the site.
