All taxis and private vehicles (including family or friends doing drop-offs/pick-ups) should follow signage for ‘Pick Up & Drop Off’. This area is located inside the Transport Hub at Download Festival.
Important: Please make sure drivers do not attempt to drop off or pick up on nearby roads. These roads can be unsafe, with unstable verges, no pavements, and limited lighting. There are also ‘No Stopping’ orders in place around the site – drivers who ignore them may face enforcement action.
There will be a dedicated motorcycle parking area. Customers who have purchased a motorcycle parking pass can scan their digital ticket on their way into the festival, in exchange for a wristband. Head to Ticketmaster to grab your pass now.
Throughout the festival, there will also be a live travel updates page with key information including road closures & traffic, weather, car park capacity and more.
