At Liquid Death presents Download Festival, we aim to create an event that is accessible for all our customers.
We have a dedicated accessibility team working all year round to assist customers who can be contacted at accessibility@downloadfestival.co.uk.
Members of the accessibility team will be on site throughout the festival to assist you.
Please buy your festival ticket first – applications for accessible facilities will open at a later date. You will then need to apply for any accessible facilities and Essential Companion ticket by completing the Festival Accessible facilities Application form, which will be available at a later date.
